Main Ingredients
- 2 large zucchinis cut into sticks
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs beaten
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Dip zucchini sticks in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Place coated zucchini sticks on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
