Main Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk room temperature
- 2 large Eggs room temperature
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Grease your popover pan generously.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until well combined. Add the melted butter.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
Fill the popover pan cups about halfway with the batter.
Bake for 20 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
