Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes per side.
  4. Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Serve hot with rice and vegetables.
