  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. Combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens, about 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
