Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly charred.
