Soybean Milk Recipe
Homemade soybean milk, fresh and nutritious.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup dried soybeans soaked overnight
- 4 cups water for blending
- additional water water for boiling
1. Soak the dried soybeans in water overnight.
2. Drain and rinse the soaked soybeans.
3. Blend the soybeans with 4 cups of water until smooth.
4. Strain the mixture using a strainer or cheesecloth to separate the milk from the pulp.
5. Boil the soybean milk in a large pot for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Let it cool before serving. Enjoy!
