  • 1 cup dried soybeans soaked overnight
  • 4 cups water for blending
  • additional water water for boiling

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the dried soybeans in water overnight.
  2. 2. Drain and rinse the soaked soybeans.
  3. 3. Blend the soybeans with 4 cups of water until smooth.
  4. 4. Strain the mixture using a strainer or cheesecloth to separate the milk from the pulp.
  5. 5. Boil the soybean milk in a large pot for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Let it cool before serving. Enjoy!
