Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp and lime juice. Let it marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
After 30 minutes, add red onion, jalapeño, cucumber, and cilantro to the shrimp. Mix well.
Gently fold in the diced avocado. Season with salt to taste.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips or on its own.
