Sesame-Ginger Chickpea Patties

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds optional, for garnish
1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.
2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in breadcrumbs and green onions. Mix until well combined.
3. Form the mixture into patties.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
5. Serve warm, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
