Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb fettuccine
  • 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and clams)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions 

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed seafood and cook until just done, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce thickens.
  6. Toss in cooked fettuccine until well coated.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
