- 1 kg Pork loin
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary dried
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub the pork loin with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
