Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Heavy cream cold
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1. Puree the raspberries and sugar in a blender until smooth.
2. Strain the puree through a fine sieve to remove seeds.
3. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
4. Gently fold the raspberry puree into the whipped cream until well combined.
5. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
