Ingredients

  • 2 cups Raspberries fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries break down and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Strain the coulis through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  6. Let it cool completely before serving.
