Ingredients 

Crust

  • ½ cup butter softened
  • 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Filling

  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup pecans chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Gradually add flour and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and press into mini muffin tin to form a crust.
  5. In another bowl, mix together brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and beaten egg until well combined.
  6. Stir in chopped pecans.
  7. Spoon filling into each crust.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until filling is set.
  9. Allow to cool before removing from tin.
