Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar packed
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 2 cups Apples peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  5. Spread chopped apples evenly over the crust and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the apples and press down lightly.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before cutting into bars.
