Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 cup Chopped Bell Peppers
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 can Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the kidney beans and cook for another 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
