Mixed Berry Crumble

Filling
- 4 cups Mixed berries fresh or frozen
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
Topping
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Rolled oats
- ½ cup Brown sugar packed
- ½ cup Unsalted butter cold, cut into small pieces
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed berries, granulated sugar, and cornstarch. Transfer to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix the flour, rolled oats, and brown sugar. Add the cold butter and mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle the topping over the berry mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
