Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 lbs boneless chuck steak

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  2. Place the boneless chuck steak in the bowl and coat it well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the steak for about 10 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.
  5. Remove from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
