Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mango puree fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs large
  • 1 cup Milk whole
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Caramel sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine mango puree, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour caramel sauce into the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Pour the mango mixture over the caramel sauce in the baking dish.
  5. Place the baking dish in a larger pan filled with hot water to create a water bath.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
