Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango puree fresh or canned
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 Eggs large
- 1 cup Milk whole
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Caramel sauce
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a blender, combine mango puree, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Pour caramel sauce into the bottom of a baking dish.
Pour the mango mixture over the caramel sauce in the baking dish.
Place the baking dish in a larger pan filled with hot water to create a water bath.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
