- 2 cups Mango pulp fresh or canned
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup Heavy cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
1. In a blender, combine mango pulp, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, sugar, and cardamom powder.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
4. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
5. Scoop and serve cold.
