  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry patties until golden brown on both sides.
