Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add shredded chicken, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce.
Spread a layer of ricotta cheese over the noodles, followed by a layer of the chicken mixture, and a layer of mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of Alfredo sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
