Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can young jackfruit, drained and shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • Toppings: avocado, cilantro, lime wedges, salsa

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add shredded jackfruit, smoked paprika, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10-15 minutes until jackfruit is tender.
  5. Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
  6. Assemble tacos with jackfruit mixture and desired toppings.
