Hamburger Stroganoff Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 package egg noodles, cooked
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is soft.
3. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle the flour over the meat mixture and stir well to combine.
5. Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
6. Reduce the heat and stir in the sour cream. Cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve the stroganoff over cooked egg noodles.
