Ingredients

  • 1 lb Halibut fillets cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 8 small Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup Salsa
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Lime cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
  2. 2. Add halibut strips to the bowl and coat them well with the spice mixture.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the halibut strips for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing halibut strips on each tortilla, then top with shredded cabbage, salsa, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
