Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Gluten-Free Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter softened
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 unit Egg
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour and baking powder.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into shapes using cookie cutters.
Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
