Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the chicken slices and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add the bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
