Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
Add conch meat and cook until opaque.
Stir in tomatoes, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
