Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups conch meat, chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lime juiced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
  3. Add conch meat and cook until opaque.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
