Main Ingredients
- ½ cup rice flour
- 4 cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- Pistachios for garnish
Mix rice flour with 1 cup of milk until smooth.
In a pot, bring the remaining milk to a boil.
Add the rice flour mixture to the boiling milk, stirring constantly.
Add sugar and cardamom powder, continue to stir until thickened.
Remove from heat, add rose water, and mix well.
Pour into serving bowls and garnish with pistachios.
