Cucumber Avocado Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 Cucumbers, peeled and chopped
- 2 Avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Cold water
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
4. Serve cold, drizzled with a bit of olive oil and garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
