Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 Cucumbers, peeled and chopped
  • 2 Avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Cold water
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. 4. Serve cold, drizzled with a bit of olive oil and garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
