Ingredients 

Brownie Ingredients

  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • cup Cocoa Powder
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder

Peanut Butter Swirl

  • ½ cup Peanut Butter creamy
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered Sugar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  5. In a small bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar. Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture onto the brownie batter and swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before cutting into squares.
