Chocolate Chip Almond Butter Cookie Recipe
Delicious chocolate chip cookies with a twist of almond butter.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 pinch Salt
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add baking soda and salt to the mixture. Stir until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
