Main Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork spareribs
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
3. Place the spareribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
4. Brush the sauce mixture over the ribs, coating them evenly.
5. Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
6. Remove the top foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce.
7. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
