Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork spareribs
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  3. 3. Place the spareribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  4. 4. Brush the sauce mixture over the ribs, coating them evenly.
  5. 5. Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  6. 6. Remove the top foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce.
  7. 7. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
