  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Add tomato puree, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
