Cherry Almond Crisp Recipe

Filling
- 4 cups cherries, pitted
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cherries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Pour into a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix oats, almonds, brown sugar, flour, and melted butter. Sprinkle over the cherry mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
