Crust
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup melted butter
Filling
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 units eggs
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Pour filling over crust and bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let cool before cutting into bars.
