Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 units eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a baking pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour filling over crust and bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let cool before cutting into bars.
