Dough Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¾ cup Milk
- 2 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add milk and stir until a dough forms.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about ¼ inch thickness.
Cut the dough into desired shapes.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the dough pieces until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
