Butterscotch Pudding Parfait
A delightful dessert with layers of butterscotch pudding and whipped cream.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Cornstarch
- 3 cups Milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Whipped Cream for topping
In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla extract.
Let the pudding cool slightly, then layer it in serving glasses with whipped cream.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
