Main Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.75 cup sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.33 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 0.33 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
In another bowl, mix the vegetable oil, egg, and milk. Add to the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Fill the muffin cups about ⅔ full with batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
