Barramundi with Lemon Basil Sauce
A simple and delicious fish dish with a tangy lemon basil sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Barramundi about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Chicken Broth low sodium
- ¼ teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season the barramundi fillets with salt and pepper.
3. Cook the fillets in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Add the chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Bring to a simmer.
6. Stir in the chopped basil and cook for another 2 minutes.
7. Pour the sauce over the cooked barramundi fillets and serve immediately.
