- 2 Bananas ripe
- 2 cups Rolled oats
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk any type
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
3. Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
