Banana Chia Pudding Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 cup Milk (any kind)
- 1 Banana, mashed
- 1 teaspoon Honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together chia seeds, milk, mashed banana, honey, and vanilla extract.
2. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
4. Stir well before serving. Enjoy!
