Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Pollock fresh or thawed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Place the pollock fillets in the baking dish and brush them with the olive oil mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
