  • 8 slices baguette, toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add the chopped red onion, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic to the bowl.
  3. 3. Mash the ingredients together until well combined but still chunky.

  5. 5. Toast the baguette slices until golden brown.
