- 2 lbs Skirt Steak trimmed
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced

- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, black pepper, and salt.
