- 2 lbs Apricots pitted and chopped
- 4 cups Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Combine apricots, sugar, and lemon juice in a large pot.

Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars and seal immediately.
