Apple Cheesecake Recipe
This apple cheesecake is a delightful dessert combining the creamy richness of cheesecake with the sweet and tart flavors of apples.

Crust
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup melted butter
- 0.25 cup sugar
Filling
- 24 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
Topping
- 2 cups sliced apples
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in sour cream.
Pour filling over crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until center is set. Cool.
In a small bowl, toss apples with sugar and cinnamon. Arrange on top of cheesecake.
