Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin Powder
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat until warm, but not boiling.
  2. 2. Add the gelatin powder and sugar, whisking until completely dissolved.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in the almond extract.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and let it cool to room temperature.
  5. 5. Transfer the mixture to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  6. 6. Once set, cut into cubes and serve chilled.
