Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Kale washed and dried
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove the kale leaves from the stems and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the kale with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
  4. Place the kale in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
  5. Air fry for 5 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the kale is crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
