Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup 7-Up soda

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Mix in the lemon and vanilla extracts.
  5. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the 7-Up soda until the batter is smooth.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
