  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • optional grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  1. Spiralize the zucchinis into noodles.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Optional: Top with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
